I made some Ceviche for dinner tonight.
Does it look good? Looking for some criticism.

Peruvians can sometimes take ceviche very seriously. Don’t make them ceviche like OP’s, I’m sure it’s good but it’s the mexican kind. Peruvian style won’t have tomato or avocado, and will use aji peppers instead of north american kinds
