What are some good energy bars?
In my experience they tend to either be really good, or are complete fucking shit.
So far, these coconut Luna bars are my favorite. Their S'mores flavor sucks.

If you only care about the protein then pic related is the best I've found. 30g protein per 290 calories in each bar.
Taste is alright, nothing special. Dark chocolate almond is the best flavor.

Quest bars are pretty good and loaded with sugars.

I like Rx Bars because the texture is nice (dense, chewy, wholeass almonds for crunch) and they're not excessively sweet. They also don't have that "tonnes of sugar and like 600 calories" problem that some bars have.

You have to be able to evaluate these types of consumer goods through an objective lens. Luna bars are fucking stupid; they have the macronutrient profile of a cookie all while costing $2 each. Same goes with cliff bars, kind, etc.

Granola bars that actually contain useful macronutrients like protein or monounsaturated fats exist but even then you have to be careful. Most use plant proteins which is basically like injecting estrogen. Gatorade bars use real whey protein so buy those.
