>Fatty cope.
Also any cook worth their weight (which I'm assume is a lot for you) should be able to make a great dish out of chicken, broccoli, & rice.

That might taste better if you sliced up the chicken and tossed it together with some olive oil, garlic, and onions.

>rice
Butter or olive oil in a pot on low heat, add cumin, minced garlic, cardamom pod, star anise, turmeric, paprika, and 1 cup dry rice. Toast until fragrant, add 1 and 1/2 cups water, add salt to taste. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat, simmer 20-25 minutes. Remove cardamom pod and star anise, fluff with a fork.

>chicken
Brine the breast overnight in a cup of water, a tablespoon of salt, a teaspoon of soy sauce, garlic, thyme, and sage. Remove from the brine, pat dry, rub salt and pepper on it, then sear on high heat in a pan with oil, flipping once after 5 minutes or so. Bake on a roasting pan in the oven at 350 until cooked through.

>broccoli
Put it on the same roasting pan as the chicken breast, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper it. Drape some fresh oregano sprigs over it.

This. Literally all you can do OP when you're on a cut. You should have 5 different seasoning combos and marinades ready. You can also splurge on a little BBQ sauce once in a while, it's literally like 30 calories for 2 tbsp
