Finally picked up one of these since I got paid today and was already in the spoon aisle. What are some good recipes for them and if I'm reading this right, it's just a toaster oven with a fan?

It's ok for some things. wouldn't put a chicken in it. It's a step above microwave below stove.

You're not supposed to put anything raw in there. It cooks from the outside in and dehydrates. By the time the middle gets to a reasonable temp it will be dried out. There are some steak recipes I've seen all of which involve marinating for a long time before hand.
