Let's go on an adventure /ck/
I'm making a original dish. What I have in front of me is pork Chorizo I picked up from sprouts. Rolled it in some wrap so I could slice it like butter and froze it.

Now we wait until them juices start flowin.

I'm making a pasta dish with this. I'm curious about adding butter to use as a fat for the roux. Or would chorizo suffice? Idk. I guess I'll persevere

In with the pasta. I'll coat it in the chorizo fat and let them toast a little for extra flavor.

I'll slowly add some beef stock to cook the pasta. And keep adding and reducing until it's Al dente

Added some cheese and some cream to the final product. And there ya go. Messcan Mac N cheese.
