>Cooking is the art of making what fat people are addicted to.
Fat people are addicted to their own laziness. I stopped giving a shit about fat people's excuses when I saw some faggot on reddit post this horseshit:
>You skinny people dont understand! My own body's signals are messed up, they don't tell me when I've had enough!
>I have to manually consider how much I eat!
>If I want to lose weight I have to deal with still being hungry after a meal!

This lazy piece of shit thinks nobody else ever thinks about how much they're eating. This is like basic high-school level self-care, if you can't decide for yourself how much and what type of food to eat, USING YOUR BRAIN AND NOT YOUR STOMACH, you are not ready to be an adult.

You dumbasses probably had parents that let you eat whatever the fuck you want and never taught you self control and now you're all grown and crying about how rough it is trying to do the utmost basic task.

>Fat people are addicted to their own laziness.
I disagree with this. I'm lazier than anyone else I've ever encountered in my entire life and I'm underweight precisely because I'm too lazy to even get out of bed and get food from a restaurant half the time and much too lazy to learn how to cook and keep up with it. Being fat is a problem you literally need to continue fueling on a regular basis for it to even exist. As soon as you stop a fat person from eating they almost immediately start losing weight and reverting to a normal build.

>Best I can do is go for long walks.
Long walks are exercise. If whatever exercise is making your head hurt, find something else. Do some bicep curls or something similarly simple with whatever weight you can manage, you don't have to go crazy just do some until your arms get tired then stop and do it again the next day.

>Always hungry. Whether I eat or don't.
Try eating different food. Different types of foods feel more filling than others.

For me, white rice feels like nothing, I could eat until I cant fit any more down my throat and I'd still feel hunger.

Brown rice is the opposite, I eat one big spoonful and I lose my appetite. I'd recommend starting with brown rice but your body may be different, just try different types of fats/carbs/protein and see what fills you up. Another thing that fills me up is McDonald's cheeseburgers & fries. I dont get full fast but I stay full for like 8 hours so its easier to avoid snacks. Obviously McDonald's isnt good for you but as far as weight loss is concerned its better to eat 800 calories of shitty food than it is to eat 1600 calories of good food.

Another thing, if you're eating enough to lose weight you're probably going to be a little hungry regardless, you just have to learn to deal with it. I found intermittent fasting (fasting for like 16-24 hours, eat more before & after) helped me to deal with hunger and to realize when I'm hungry because my body needs calories vs. when I'm hungry because my stomach is empty.

>Forever fat. Forever suffering.
Getting to a normal weight is a lifestyle change. You can do it, you just need to keep up the hard work until you figure out what works for your body. Once you figure out the foods that keep you hungry, and the foods that fill you up, it's much easier to stay on track.

>I disagree with this. I'm lazier than anyone else I've ever encountered in my entire life and I'm underweight
That's a fallacy-- what you say does not refute my point.

Laziness is eating whatever your body tells you without thinking. For some people that makes them skinny, for others it puts them in a normal range, and for most it means they become fat. If you put a bag of cheetos in front of somebody watching TV, the lazy ones are gonna mindlessly eat until they're full, whether thats 1 cheeto or the entire bag.

People who are aren't lazy, who are aware of their appetite and their body's needs, will take 30 seconds out of their day to pour out a specific portion based on how much they need to eat for the day. This takes some practice at first, maybe you need to write things down, but eventually controlling your portions will be no more a burden on you than it is to chew your food.

EVERY time I hear a fat person complain they can't lose weight despite changing their diet, it's because they swapped out the cheetos for some salad and continued to mindlessly eat as much as they could stuff into their face. You need to THINK about what goes into your body.

I eat tonnes, but only good food, so I'm not a blubbernaut. I think much of today's food is fucking poison, and that a layer of fat is added to the body not because you're over-eating, but in fact because the fat is being used as a protective layer, to protect your organs from all the fucking pathogenic shit most people eat nowadays. I massively over-eat by most peoples' estimations, but my weight is pretty much spot on.

Eat slow release complex carbs like oats and brown rice. Count your calories. You dont NEED to exercise to lose weight. Just eat less then your body uses. Start my getting your TDEE and eat 500 calories less. Its kind of annoying to count calories at first but you quickly get used to it. Dont forget to count EVERYTHING. Fat people don't understand this at all. Being skinny is *lazier* than being fat. Most fat people know perfectly well how to cook because they're addicted to food. It's skinny people who are too lazy to learn how to cook and get delivery or pick-up instead. lol, bullshit fat people don't cook. I have never once met a fat person who didn't have an insanely elaborate kitchen and thorough opinionated knowledge on the culinary arts. Maybe some fat people don't cook, but almost everyone obsessed with cooking is fat.
