Sardines. A tin of King Oscar is good for at least 4 slices, use the one in oil and pour the oil over the slices.
I find anchovies to be overly saltly and I almost never see sardines as a topping. I'll just get a regular cheese thin crust, extra crispy and add my own toppings, even from a local joint.
I don't have a big ass pizza oven like they do, so I'll get a pizza from them and add my own stuff and ask questions later. It's also more economical to do it that way.
Most of the toppings that I like just aren't on that local joint's menu.
