>had some sort of food poisoning on Monday
>stomach still burned yesterday but I took some medicine and was able to feel well enough to eat something
>today felt perfectly fine but took medicine in case anyway, ate more daring meals with no issue
>solid shits again
>need to get drunk again after 5 days without alcohol
>worried it will fuck my stomach/digestive tract over if I drink enough to pass out as I hope to
Am I wrong for thinking this? If I pass on tonight I won't be able to drink again until Sunday night and I really don't know if I can go that long without a drink anymore.

If you've already gone 5 days you're not physically dependent. You're also going to get your thread deleted posting that image in the OP.

Who the fuck sucks the curtains other than airheaded porn stars, male and female?

Yes, once you feel the need to drink past feeling tired and intentionally pass out, not to feel better but to pass out; that's coping with life in a bad way or trying to get way more alcohol than needed even for a binge drinker.

I'll finish a 750ml bottle or more as long as I feel good, but I'm not going to knock myself out on purpose. What the hell is the point unless you're trying to use it as a legal sedative?

Alcohol probably will fuck your stomach up, depending on how much you drink. Whenever I binge my stomach feels all fucked off and bloated and shit. Damn though, after 5 days, drink away bro

This. Too many casual drinkers think they are alcoholics these days. Sure, you might have fatty liver, but you know damn well that you aren’t going to die if you stop drinking for a few days.

It's been two days since my stomach was truly fucked up and only about 24 hours since I felt back to normal, though. I just don't want my stomach to freak out again.

>> No.12233819

More importantly OP, what is the medicine you've been taking? Most gastrointestinal aids are pretty risky to mix with alcohol.

If it feels normal then that is your bodies way of telling you everything is back to normal, do what you will with that information. Your stomach won't freak out again unless you ingest bad bacteria. So with alcohol, you're good to go

i'm 11 days sober and all i want to do is drink right now is there any reason why i shouldn't if i only have 2-3 drinks? i'm a binge drinker normally (10+ in a sitting) so it's a self imposed sobriety and i want to learn self control

I drink and do coke once or twice a week but I get the urge to do it on a random weekday and once I get the thought into my head I can't take control...anyone have advice?

>> No.12236047

Im not an expert but try having just one. Just one and if you cant have just one it might be time to quit. Ifyou can handle one night with a single drink youre probably good for 2-3. Ration your drinks over a week and watch your intake and youll be good

Never done it but try telling yourself thats the reptile part of your brain thinking, mice would literally choose cocaine over water until they die so remember that anand just get a handle on it. Might want to get off the stuff entirely or just spread your uses out to bimonthly
