Have you guys had an impossible burger? Did it taste like meat like they say? I've only heard good things. What was it like?

I had one at Whalburgers. I suppose if I didn't know it was a non-meat burger, I would not be able to tell the difference. Good effort.

it's pretty good to be honest, if it was the same price or less as a regular burger I would probably prefer it- at least for thin fast food style burgers. for thicker restaurant burgers i don't think it would hold up quite as well as beef

everyone who says it's exactly like meat is just memeing. there's a difference, though it's pretty close in taste and texture. it tastes smokey but not to the point where it overwhelms
it's pretty good for what it is and it doesn't seem like a bastardized, bland version of "meat" so it's popular right now
