you can freeze anything. its the defrost you have to watch

nuke em and they will taste horrible what you do is take the buns off then put them into seperate freezer bags and defrost the buns 1 min in microwave but use oven or toaster oven to bake the water out of the buns.

As someone who bought 50 White Castle sliders and froze 25 for later, I can tell you that you can leave it intact but make sure you only get it with the meats, cheeses and onions. Lettuce and pickles will be ruined in a freezer and of course so would condiments. Freeze it all together, thaw in the fridge before you warm it up, and then either steam it on a stovetop or microwave it in a wet paper towel.

Everything else will suck balls when you defrost it.
Any lettuce type vegetable will be wilted.
