Wild/brown rice mix, baked chicken breasts, steamed vegetables. If you have a nice rice cooker you can steam the vegetables over the rice as it cooks.

>streamed/boiled veggies, plus side dish
>fried salmon plus any side dish
>plain stake plus side dish
>chicken & potatoes in the oven (takes more time compared to using pan)
>chicken & mushrooms in the pan

dressing options (while cooking):
>mustard
>honey (pour honey 3-5 mins prior to getting it off the pan, or else it'll become caramelized)
>garlic
>fresh orange juice
>wine / beer

side dish options:
>rice
>steamed veggies (brocolli, carrots, mashed potatoes, etc)
>salad (multiple green stuff = more yummy)

This are really easy stuff to cook. I literally started by simply experimenting with various ingredients; each week I was buying different ingredients then experimented with them.
Unless you are cook-wise retarded, anything combo in a frying pan can become super tasty after 2-3 experimental trials with it.

Pasta aglio e olio:
(spaghetti with garlic)

6 cloves of garlic
6 big spoons of olive oil
parsley of 10 strands
seasoning (salt and pepper)
500 grams of spaghetti

>slice the garlic into thin slices (mincing works but slicing is worth the effort)
>slice up the parsley
>start boiling the spaghetti (with seasoning)
>cook up 3 spoons of olive oil with low temperature
>add the garlic to the olive oil
>when the garlic is golden brown, carefully add half a ladle of the spaghetti water
>as soon as the oil is rather smooth and the spaghetti done, add them together in a big bowl
>add the other 3 spoons of olive oil to the bowl
>season it
>add the parsley
>mix it thoroughly

optional:

>add bacon to the garlic while frying it (I don't recommend it, as the dish is based around the garlic)
>serve with/add pepper to the bowl

I prefer soups and stews for easy healthy foods, all you have to do is throw a bunch of ingredients in with some spices and leave the slow cooker do it's thing for a few hours.

Chicken breast, taste good no matter how cooked, load of proteins and everything you need.

>> No.12222059

>>12221743
Chop up some veggies like onions, peppers, mushrooms, celery, carrots, tomato and then add some peas and corn, dump all of it in with rice and water, add spices and boil it, making sure to stir regularly. Should be done in 10-15 mins. If you need more protein, chop up some fish or chicken into small pieces and toss that in before boiling too.

healthy really depends on your diet.

typically easiest healthiest meal would be fresh fruit
but
if keto
then a spoonful of cream cheese
or maybe just a piece of ham or turkey cold cut.

Just depends on how their long their canal is. Height doesn't matter. But trust me, you don't want to kiss her cervix, it hurts her so bad that she won't want to continually have sex with you. Unless you really turn her on, because that makes the canal longer. Also, shorter dicks feel better since they can hit the right spot, ad long as it's not bent down or to either side. Mmmm, THAT feels good, short dik.

the lenght of the canal also varies within the ovulation period, the cervix is lower when aproaching the menstrual days. But yeah, I agree smaller penises are better and more enjoyable. Don't believe everything you see en porn.

Nah, it can feel good for her as a "full" feeling. Obviously it doesn't have the sensitivity of the opening or the gspot, but some girls feel pleasant feelings from the cervix, provided it's not violent.

but sometimes it feels good for the female? not everybody has a painfully sensitive cervix, and sometimes it feels better or worse depending on your cycle or mood, just like any other erogenous zone

Cooking only lowers the amount of some nutrients but makes others more bioavailable. Unless you do something like boil them for a long time then throw away all the liquid, you're still getting plenty of nutrition.
