Every fucking restaurant should serve mango lassi, not just Indian places.

Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

I agree. Mango lassi is good as heck. Only had it once in minnesota

That looks like indian poo water that indians dredged up from the ganges and are horking on unsuspecting others like the sacks of shit that they are.

>> No.12223552

Mango lassi is easy to make

Milk, plain yogurt and canned mango pulp/puree (Deep brand)

This is how Indian restaurants make it.

This. Just skip the part where you ingest fecal bacteria from pajeet unwashed hands and it's even better.

You can see a speck of poo in there

I don't think I would consume anything prepared by indians voluntarily

I took cubes of ripe frozen mango and cooked them down until I felt like straining all the fibers out. It's great for sweetening tea or making alcoholic beverages too.

At place where I worked we served this but with some chocolate added in as well. It was called Django Lassi. Not kidding.

Add a tiny pinch of salt, it makes a difference. There's a reason that desserts all call for small amounts of salt; it's a flavor enhancer.
