personally I don't like monster. I think energy drinks are an excuse for you to not have a healthy diet of fruits and veggies and having a fucked sleep cycle. Most of the time the thing that gives you energy is the sugar, which isn't good.

But... I currently have an AriZona "extreme performance" next to me. I had one about an hour ago, I didn't notice any change in my energy. 130 Calories, 30g of Sugar, and 127mg of Caffeine. why don't companies just take out the sugar and put a full gram of caffeine to make these things healthier.
