What country is most trustworthy for heavy duty buy it for life kitchen utensils? Pasta rollers, whisks, silverware, rolling pins, I want to upgrade but I don't want to overpay for cheap Amazon shit.

Depends entirely on the utensil in question.
Best advice is to shop at restaurant supply stores.

Hmm, I haven't heard about these. I always thought that Congolese rolling pins were superior but I guess I need to do some more research.

thinking that country of origin would be a reasonable, let alone good way to make such a wide variety of purchases is incredibly stupid, childish and probably racist.

Older OXO stuff. I have this massive German knife that I inherited from my grandma. They used it for Dough and hacking through lamb and pork Bones. Not sure what it's actual purpose is but the thing is curved, over a foot long and indestructible. So I guess pre WWII German knives as well

Just do some research and check out reviews on Amazon, Walmart, Kohl's, etc. You can probably find some great older stuff like >>12195513 said on eBay. Also you can download extensions like WikiBuy and Priceblink, which will tell you if the item you're looking at can be found cheaper plus automatically apply coupons for you. Amazon can have great prices especially if you buy stuff used "like new", which means that it was opened and returned without use.
