When VB did the same thing they (seemingly permanently) lost their place as #1 Australian beer too.
I think XXXGold (some Queensland beer that isn't popular down here) is top dog now.
And exactly as you would expect Americans learned nothing. So when they export Bulleit / Buffalo Trace / Maker's Mark / etc you better believe that they try and pull a fast one by lowering the percentage.
