>Oh! Hey there wagie! You almost didn't see me there. You nearly bruised my delicate tum-tum.
Wh-Wha... YOU?! What are you doing here?! You never leave your house!
>Oh didn't you know, wagie? My dear daddums owns this store
EH?!
>You see wagie, you're always going on about how great it is to be a wagecuck despite my mockeries, so I wanted to see what all the hullabaloo was about and asked my dear daddums to give me a job here and he made me the new manager
N-No... Oh fuck me, please no...
>And I must say, you were right. It is satisfying to be a wagecuck. Sitting around all day playing with my gameyboy, telling people what to do and eating fresh tendies... Oh yes, my daddums lets me eat all the tendies I want from the store.
Please Please Please...
>I just wanted to let go of my pride and say sorry wagie, you were absolutely right. Wagecuckery is fulfilling. Strangely some of the stories you told us on the board about how awful this place were completely untrue. I guess you were just joking eh? Why when I told daddums those funny stories you told me, he could just not believe it either. You should've seen him turning a funny red color and getting steamy, he looked like he was gonna burst with laughter! I guess he knew you were joking too, eh? You're so funny wagie. Oh yeah Daddums wants to talk with you later.
Oh lord please no...
>Speaking of daddums, wagie... After he started turning red, he said something about you being on his... "list"? Oh yeah, and he put me in charge of re-evaluating your performance for the week, so you're gonna have to do whatever I say. Won't it be fun wagie? Incidentally I spilled a little peepee poopoo on aisle 5. Go clean that up will you?

Whole Foods is actually more cost effective than this kind of garbage place anyway. I stopped going to poor people stores after finding all the fresh produce was barely edible and tasted mealy and like cardboard. And the spoiled meat and fish and the watery snot eggs. So you have to throw all of your groceries in the trash and go to a real store anyway.

People who shop at poor stores will just stock up on canned and jarred food and ignore the fresh food, so it goes bad, and they'll occasionally buy it and it's gross and that just reinforces their poverty opinions about eating healthy food.

I imagine it's fine if all you eat is canned pork & beans and off brand sugar cereal and faygo and sunny-D, but yuck. What a way to live.

btw the answer is BJ's, Costco, Shaws, and Market Basket. Probably Sam's Club but I haven't been there in ages.

I don't frequent Foul River so maybe you're right, but in my experience the independent stores are the most expensive if comparing apples to apples. That's certainly the case up in the non-depressed parts of NE.

I've never seen one without one. But then again, I live in a good part of New England and not redneckville.
>Seafood not up to snuff. Can't even get fresh oysters.
They have decent seafood but if you're buying seafood at a grocery store, including Whole Foods, and not a good seafood market with the catch of the day and local ties, then you're a moron. Same with a butcher.
> in my experience the independent stores are the most expensive if comparing apples to apples. That's certainly the case up in the non-depressed parts of NE.
Sounds like you live in a depressed part of NE if you don't have good local stores.
