imaging putting condiments on actual food, straight from the bottle.

Reminders condiments aren't /ck/ and used to cover your terrible cooking.

putting ketchup, BBQ sauce, Tobasco is just you overpowering the shitty food you're eating that (you) cooked because you can't get the right flavor.

Dont tell me, you put steaksauce on that 100 dollar steak you bought when you ate out too cause it "Improved" the flavor too right? Fucking pathetic.,

Look, the culinary world isn't one of absolutes. There's some sauces that are either a part of the actual cooking process too that you don't add in post, or ones that you do add but they're the entire focal point of the dish.

Adding some a1 or tobasco to your shitty meal and defending it as good cooking is a joke.

It's good if you add it to something fatty that benefits from the vinegar. I like it on egg and cheese sandwiches or quesadillas, stuff like that.

It doesn't matter how good you are at cooking, you're not going to make your food taste like condiments without using condiments. It's not about fixing something wrong. It's about adding a flavor you like that you wouldn't get otherwise.

tobasco on pizza is good, you people are just retards and put vinegar based hot sauces on things where it doesn't mix and not to mention you smother it then complain it tastes like vinegar.

Tobasco is probably the worst hot sauce I've ever tried. Chululah, Frank's, etc., are all amazing. First tried Tobasco and nearly spat it out--underwhelming as fuck; it doesn't even really have a taste, it's just a shitty burning sensation.

If you prep ahead of time then it probably isn't much more work to use 4 different marinades.
Add a little olive oil, lemon juice (from the bottle), garlic (from the jar) and some dried rosemary/parsley and done. Lemon herb chicken.
