Most people get hunger growls in their intestines not their actual stomach. "hunger growls" is really the dozens of pounds of shit inside their gut shifting and then they confuse that with hunger and stuff the void that was just created by their body.

I know you're just making shitpost thread number 35 today but it actually touches on an important subject; people try to diet by filling their stomach with something low in calories.
That doesn't work long term. You need to get your stomach used to smaller portions and, maybe, fewer portions.
This is accomplished with something called willpower, which I'm afraid you cannot get in a tin can.
If you make yourself eat less for a while your body will get used to it and you will no longer have the same, physical anyway, desire for enormous portions.
Actual lasting weightloss must come from a stable change in diet and lifestyle. You cannot handwave it by eating raw carrots or celery or cottage cheese in between the hamburgers or porkpies.

Black coffee, tea, water, exercise and spicy things all suppress hunger. You can probably find a more extensive list with a google search but that's what I know from the top of my head.
For me personally, the hunger feels bad briefly, then I feel better after 30 minutes and then I can go a few days without eating before feeling bad.

Unironically just don't eat. Willpower is the only cure. I used to be pretty chunky but I lost a shit ton of weight after I started doing intermittent fasting. It's hard at first but your body gets used to the feeling of hunger pretty damn quickly, it took me probably 10 or so days to not even notice I hadn't been eating for 16+ hours.

Hungry skelly anon here. Have you tried just learning to enjoy sleep a lot? My love for sleep supersedes all other activities for me. I'll frequently stay in bed and miss meals because getting up isn't worth putting some noodles down my throat.
PS: Also stock your home like a skelly, which is to say don't stock it at all and only get the bare minimum of quasi-foods like packs of instant noodles or a couple sticks of beef jerky when you start to have trouble walking without passing out.

Download myfitnesspal. Psychologically it's much easier of you know you hit your calorie goal for the day. Also you are always going to be hungry at some point so choose meal times strategically. I eat 1000 calories for lunch and 1000 for dinner so I don't feel hungry at night.

Coffee is a great appetite suppressant. I don't drink a lot but I drink 2 cups in the morning before my first meal at lunch. It took me a while to get to this, at first I got acid reflux if I didn't eat anything until 12, but my stomach got used to it.
