*make your scrambled eggs fluffier*

>> No.12145972

I heard thats a lie and it just makes them denser

>> No.12145980

I add butter and milk, but lately it's just been sriracha. I'm trying to eat as low calorie a breakfast as possible.

I know for fact its a lie. For fluffy scrambled eggs just add a but of water to the eggs and use a whisk to add as much air to the eggs as you can before they go in the pan.

I don't get it, but I also like adding cheddar or colby jack depending on what I have on hand.

I used to do this until I realized it was bullshit.

If the milk is making your eggs dense, then you're using too much because your head is also dense. It's literally a teaspoon per egg, or less. The milk foams during whisking and cooking so yes, a tiny bit of milk will make your eggs fluffier. Don't pour the whole bottle in, dipshit retard.

>> No.12146063

putting milk in your scrambled eggs is a shit idea

the milk solids will separate out and you will be left with a thin yellow liquid dripping out of your eggs

if you need to thin it out, add water

I did this all my life and when I tried without milk it ended up gross and """creamy"""

>> No.12146365

You used too much milk. You're not adding milk to make it milky, you're adding a teaspoon for effervescence on a molecular scale as it binds with the egg and then foams up.

I like them slightly undercooked

Any of you Kafirs got a good scrambled eggs vid? I'm tired of them always sticking to my pans and being a pain to clean up. Too much heat, not enough, waiting too little to stir it, not waiting long enough. Fucking eggs.

large eggs are around 70 calories, I eat two with black pepper and/or sriracha, it's because I'm fat, I only eat 1500 calories a day. If I eat a small breakfast I can eat more at lunch and dinner.
I'm down 34 lbs, I have 38 more to go before I'm no longer overweight, I was barely obese when I started.
