Oodles of noodles instant/ handmade and picturesque pastas. But for me its gotta be a hot bowl of soba with some liquid still in making a small soup. Add your choice of mild flavours and perfection!

Whats kind of worms do the rest of you enjoy?

The students in the school that I work at go to Tokyo every year to compete in a soba competition.
Eating fresh soba made by students who care and are trying their best really was amazing. I'm going to miss it forever.

For me its tagliatelle with some form of rich meat sauce. Wild boar is my ideal meat here, pity I can never seem to find it.
