ryebread and other fruity hipster artisan/craft breads are like crust all the way through and do not compliment condiments, even the bubbly innards are crusty, inflexiblee and inabsorbent, yes they have le nutty flavor, but I'd just eat it on its own occassionally in small quantities, I wouldn't waste good cheese on it

there is a reason they put caviar on regular toast
