Laredo Stew:
>Half pound of ground beef
>One thing of Pace salsa (or whatever salsa you feel like
>Block of Velveeta cheese
>Chili beans
>Frito Lays chips
>Brown the beef
>Throw in the chili beans
>Throw in the salsa and cheese
>Cook until the cheese has fully melted, and the salsa is good and hot
>Put it onto a dish and put the chips in and mix thoroughly
Voila, delicious meal

>preffered veggies (for me its red bell peppers and diced onions)
>salt and pepper
>heat up pan
>put on a lil bitta oil or butter on it
>throw in eggs
>after a couple seconds add your veggies >add salt and pepper to your liking
>mix until it all comes together in a soft mass

>cook rice
>saute mushrooms and onions
>add to rice
>salt, pepper, thyme, lemon zest, dill
>layer of rice
>throw in salmon and halibut

>envelop in brioche dough
>egg wash
>cook until cooked
>serve with anchovy and caper butter

FRESH GROUND BEEF SMASHED BURGER WITH SPECIAL SAUCE

BEEF
>80/20 chuck ask ur butcher grind it twice
>just salt
>optional make a salt blend 40% salt, 30% smoked salt, 20% garlic powder 10% black pepper

SPECIAL SAUCE
>1 part mayo, 1/3 ketchup, sweet relish, few drops of pickle juice and vinegar, salt, pepper
>optional also add chopped onion, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, honey mustard

TOPPINGS
>what ever you like. for me its dill pickles, salted tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, and chopped yellow onion
>guac can be good. bacon if u like it

CHEESE
>everyone always says deli american but I'm not the biggest fan
>i like pepperjack. smoked gouda might be good im a try that next

BUNS

SMASHING TECHNIQUE
>lightly form 2, 2oz balls or 1, 4.5oz patty,
>buttered or beef tallow'd cast iron or griddle

ultimate ribs recipe for lazy people:
>cut the layer of skin inside the rib on each bone or between them
>onion salt, powdered garlic, black pepper
>wrap each rib individually in foil, put them in a tray in the oven 4h at 275°F
>4h later, get it out, put your favorite sauce on the ribs (for me its uncle dougie) and just broil for 10 minutes
