I've had Popeyes and even Church's in the last few years, and its nowhere near as bad as KFC. I don't think its an age thing, this is just garbage.

I fucking enjoy Taco Bell but KFC just seems like garbage. Only thing decent in the meal was the biscuit. But the biscuit isn't going to salvage shit when Popeyes also does that better.

Fast food in general (in the US at least,
I hear it’s much better abroad) is trash outside of a few places. Only concern is profit margins, the only fried chicken place worth their salt now is Raising Canes and that’s probably because they offer 1 entree (chicken tenders, just how many you want)

I went to a KFC buffet last week and Holy fuck was it fresh and good. Even while I was eating they refreshed the original pan twice. And it was only 8.50! you can't even get a 3 piece dinner for that! Highly recommended.

All fast food has really gone downhill. I can remember back in the late 70's when all of them were pretty damn good. Even the simple mcdicks single cheeseburger was good, taco bell burrito supreme almost gave a rush like feeling, kfc originsl with coleslaw and mashed potatoes was goat and even thin crust pizza hut was charming. Millennials demonstrated their willingness to accept lesser quality for a higher price and it's all inedible shit now. The invisible hand can be ruthless.
