It's stargazy. There's a fun story about a village starving to death, I mean literally at the end of supplies and hunger starvation. But the storms never stopped and going out in a boat was still more suicidal than waiting, so one insane fisherman did it, and came back with fish. To prove no one was hording anything they baked it into a pie with the heads sticking up before dividing it.
