Any idea how to make this at home as a cake?

Like totally from scratch.

Couldn't find a from-scratch recipe.

Strawberry ice cream, vanilla buttercream, toasted coconut and dried strawberries or is there also a way to incorporate a white cake or sponge cake element?

I made cupcakes on this theme for my nephew's birthday topped with white chocolate and toasted coconut with strawberry mousse and vanilla mini cupcakes.

I get that but how would you try making something similar at home. I'm envisioning vanilla cake and ice cream bars topped with coconut, maybe white chocolate, and small pieces of dried strawberry to duplicate sort of the look but to taste WAY better than any commercial product.
