Post your favorite comfort food.

My pops is going through chemo and needs to eat as much high calorie food as possible during his off week to keep weight on. I am trying to cook him things every night that are usually what most people would usually eat once and a while for a treat or special occasion.

I'll start with chicken and waffles.

I miss enchilladas. When my stepdad died my mom moved in with me and she freaks out bc i make them 'wrong'. Shes from texas and apparantly in Texas you dont use enchillada sauce, you just dump canned chilli over it all. Fuck Texas. Texas can go straight to hell.
