That's almost 500mg of caffeine. 400mg is supposed to be the safe limit, although you need much more to reach dangerous levels. You probably just had too much caffeine and it'll start wearing off in a few hours, but if it gets worse you might want to go to the emergency room if you're sure it's not just you panicking.
