Either make them into a paste for treats, marinate in sugar and use for tea or use as a stir fry ingredient. stir fry with them with onions, bell peppers, ginger powder, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, put on top cooked rice with kimchi and EGG. Also works as filling for asian burrito; pic related.

Red bean paste. Just cook them until soft, drain water, then mash into a paste, cook off more water, add sugar reduce to desired paste consistency.

Then make your standard steamed bao dough and steam up some tasty red bean buns.

Freeze or refrigerate excess

You can also use it as filling for sweet sticky rice, which I like better but glutinous rice is harder to find than flour and yeast.
