Lets go ahead and take this meme 100% seriously.
This is supposed to be a thin crust pizza. Lets just ignore the fact that Gordon didnt even know it was supposed to be a thin crust pizza in the first place (that should be stated somewhere), but the crust on this ostensibly thin crust pizza is absurdly thick, almost 1.5 times as thick as the crust you would find on a sicilian pizza, which is known for its thick crust.
There is too much sauce, so the cheese slops off the slice.
There is too much cheese, so it forms a grease puddle in the middle of what's basically a wide, shallow bread bowl.
The sausage is probably fine, but literally EVERYTHING ELSE could probably be reduced by about 75% and you could actually get a decent thin crust pizza out of it.

I mean, it doesn't look spectacular, and it's by no means a thin crust, but sausage makes grease, and that's no reason to complain. The floppiness can be off-putting, and I would personally prefer a slice that can be held without dumping its toppings, but this is an american trait; many authentic neapolitan pizzas are actually quite floppy in the middle

so it might suck, it might also taste good. Gordon should have gone to beaujo's, it's not very good and insists on being colorado style pizza

I made pizza today, and to avoid over greasing I cooked the sausage before putting it in the oven. Even doing so it still pumped out a lot of grease.
