What is /ck/'s consensus on Avacado oil?
Is it just a zoomer meme, or do you use it? If you do use it, what do you use it for?

I have never used it, but I don't see why it's any more of a "meme" than any other vegetable oil. I'd imagine it's good for salad dressings, cold dips/sauces, things like that.

I've used it a couple times, just for general cooking applications.

Has a high smoking point and a nice flavor. Good oil for cooking. A bit pricey though, which is the main deterrent for me

Around here it's nearly $20 for a 500ml bottle, which is a little too expensive for my taste. I don't buy expensive neutral frying oils. I normally get "La Tourangelle" brand grapeseed oil for frying, it's hexane free and perfectly decent. About $10 for a 500ml.

For data mining purposes I am a 41 to 45 year boomer. 0 cars, 2 bikes, master's degree, nonwhite/other, irreligious/prefer not to say.

I do not plan to buy any of the following in the next 6 months:

>Dishwasher
>Microwave
>Car
>Refrigerator

Additionally, I do not own any Samsung products. Yes, I would pay more for "organic". No, I have not considered an electric range. No, I do not own a printer. Yes, I have spent more than $1000 on touch-screen devices in the last 12 months. Mirrorless, but would consider DSLR. No, I do not follow any of the following:

>College sports
>American football
>Soccer
>Baseball
>Tennis

Lastly, I am not interested in learning about a 5 year CD with Synchrony bank. No, I do not plan to donate to the Humane Society.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Will you suck dick for $3.95 an hour, or not?

>> No.12047036

>>12047009
Thanks, but that's not a question.

>>12047010
No, I'd have to think about the appropriate amount to ask. I think at around $2000 an hour, tax-free, or the appropriate gross figure to make it $2000 net, I might seriously consider it as long as there are some reasonable stipulations (the dick being wrapped in a condom, and the customer has to take a shower first). That's the kind of rate where I can try it out without interfering with my regular job, and if I can handle it, I might be able to retire earlier, and if I can't, then hey no big loss right? Not everyone can do it. I respect sex workers for being able to put up with whatever it is they probably put up with.

I'm fairly good looking and I'm in amazing shape but let's be realistic, nobody is going to pay me $2000 an hour to suck their dick. But if you think you might then let's discuss further.

What if I nut in three seconds? You charge extra for swallowing?

>> No.12047071

>>12047048
I think it would have to be a minimum booking of 1 hour, so you can nut as fast as you like. The faster the better, in fact. Please remember this is with condom, so I would not be swallowing. If we are talking about swallowing then the price is going up a lot, and I'd still insist on STD testing.

I am not sure what amount is reasonable for swallowing services. Given that STD testing is not conclusive and the likely exposure profile of people who pay for sex it's still a questionable proposition. I am not sure if I'd consider it for any sum. But I'd need to consult with an expert in STDs first as this is just my uninformed take on the matter. If I can be assured by a trusted expert that I can lower my risk to a manageable degree I might consider something in the $250k range.

If you're near an Aldi, they sell a good size bottle of Avocado oil for 6.99. Costco has a nice big bottle for what seems like the same price as the smaller ones in regular stores as well, but been a while since I've been there.

Oils are all unhealthy.* Some just less unhealthy than others.
At this point, your only criterion for oil selection are whether the flavor complements the dish, and if the smoke point matters or not.
Since highly refined oils for high temperature cooking tend to be tasteless, you just need the highest smoke point oil you can afford.

*at the scale most people use them at

I too shop at ALDI, thought about the avocodo oil a couple times but the EVOO for $5 a bottle always seems like the better deal.

I saw this in the store today. I had to look around to see if someone was fucking with me. I saw it was for real, I shook my head, grabbed a bottle of olive oil and walked away in disgust.

It's okay to lie to yourself every now and then. This is not one of those times.
