I made venison stew for dinner yesterday. Northern mid-West. Very trad. I did not shoot the deer, paid $10 per lb at the local game butcher. It's expensive but worth it in my opinion. Organic meat, traditional based meal. It's better to shoot the deer yourself though.

Giordonos is good and worth the money, just not quite as good as Lou's so if you have that option I would always go for it. That being said the best would be a combo of the crust/sauce/toppings of Lou's with the amount of cheese you get with Giordano's.
