Different anon, but the first time I'd ever heard that term was last week when I posted a song on /mu/ I recorded back in the early 2000's and I literally live in the bay area. If it's not zoomer talk then it was clearly ghetto talk until just recently.

Avocado toast with fried egg

>> No.12049831

I like eggs so my cheap meals revolve around them

>fry up some peppers, add the white parts of a couple green onions
>add some bacon or sausage if you got it
>crack a few eggs in a bowl with a couple T of cream, some sriracha, pepper, and whisk 'em up
>after veggies are cooked, a T of butter, turn off the heat, and add the eggs
>lightly stir to create some curdles
>throw the whole thing in the oven: 375 for 10-13 min.

I use a 6" cast iron and that is about the right size for 4 eggs, half a pepper and onion, and a few slices of bacon.

why would I 'learn to season a pan'? That's why I buy a pan in the first place, it's ready to use. Your arbitrary cutoff limit at not making your own cooking pan is just that, arbitrary, fuck you, go make your own.
