fresh turmeric is good. it tastes way different from the dry stuff. it's like a mix of orange and ginger, but milder.

dry turmeric is just bitter shit that's only really used for color. i like bitter foods, i eat unsweetened chocolate, but dry turmeric just doesn't taste good.
