Fresh in season, frozen outside of it. Dried is fine but they're easy to overconsume and lose some of their nutrition.

Well, honey, it depends on what you're trying to do.
Are you eating out of hand? Fresh.
Are you baking fruit cake/muffins? Dried or fresh.
Are you simmering pork in fruity goodness? Canned or Frozen.
Making jam? Fresh or frozen.
Topping pancakes? Frozen or canned.
Putting /into/ pancakes? Fresh is best.
Something else? Let us know what.

Fresh but never frozen, anything else is low-iq city retardation.

How do you even know what's in season? There's like 100s of fruits and vegetables, I can't just go to the store, look at something, and know if it's "in season" or not, they don't label things like that

Fresh 100% of the time

Fresh.
I wish blueberries were more consistent. I love the freakishly large, firm ones that have a bit of a sour taste to them

Fresh picked > frozen >>> fresh bought > dried

Pick your own. Every bush will taste different and you can sample to see if you like that bush. Cheaper too.
>inb4 I sampled ur mum's bush last night and it was cheap, lol
