What is the best way to prepare these declious bastards? Should I just spice them up or should I go the whole 9 yards and fry? My oven is preheating to 425 atm, so please tell me within the next 10 minutes. thank you

bake next to rosemary or thyme in the oven for aromatics and flavor. when cooked, add ground parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. enjoy

They've already been in for 5 minutes, but thank you, anon. How would you recommend I proceed from here?

Toss them in the deep fryer until they're done and then throw them in a bowl and toss with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic at a ration of 3-1-1. Shit, this is basic french fries, anon.

I' m still a white belt in the kitch, anon. We're about 10 minutes into the bake. For me, I like them extra crispy with a little salt. . . but today I need more inspiration. Salt and garlic you say?

Dude, "fry" is literally in the name. You obviously live alone, so I'll give you a pro-tip: you can buy a fry daddy for $20-30, and literally any frozen food you ever see in the grocery store that you might think, "hey, they probably fry that in the restaurant", you can fry yourself at home - and it will be restaurant quality with minimal practice.

Imagine needing deep-fried food so often that you buy a tiny deep fryer for your countertop.

What accusations? I was making an honest suggestion. If you lived with other people I wouldn't suggest a home fryer, because your entire apartment is going to smell all night every time you use it, which you wont mind if you're the one eating the delicious fried food.

you could still do the spices+parsley without the aromatics, it's very tasty

>fill pan about halfway with canola oil, peanut oil, or some other suitable frying oil (NEVER olive)
>enough that oil would reach halfway up the fries
>heat medium
>oil is hot enough once a pinch of flour very rapidly bubbles, or if one drop of water makes oil go fucking spastic
>throw fries in batches at a time so the temperature doesn't go down all at once
>stir or even better, flip each individually throughout the process as indicated on the package
>it will splash a LOT so be careful, especially when putting the fries in initially
>once desired crispiness is reached, put on a plate with paper towel
>season as desired and wa la
