So much time needlessly wasted looking after the seasoning

I only use my cast iron pan for steaks and it works just fine

>looking after the seasoning
Nigga just put some paper towels in it to soak up the grease after cooking and put it away

Yep, Tri Ply is the best form of cookware.

Does anyone else use a cast iron but not give a shit about all of the pretentious bullshit people say you need to do? Things don't really stick anymore, and I don't have to worry about scraping teflon off and into my food. I also just use soap and water to clean it and haven't had any problems. It's basically the only pan I use.

I use one. Found it in one of the sheds on my grandparents' farm. Seasoned it. Works great.

this

I use mine 3/4 times a week; so long as I don't cook eggs in it, nothing ever really sticks.

I don't see the sense in injuring my wrist by lifting such a heavy pan every day.

It's like satire at this point but at least satire is funny sometimes

If my grandma can cook with one then your bitch ass shouldn't have a problem

Kind of. I did 5 thin seasoning coats on mine when I first got it. Now, years later it's still great and really low maintenance. I think cast iron is a retard filter.

I just want to watch someone as retarded as you operate in daily life. It must be so hard for you. Just cook in the fucking pan wash it with water cover it in oil and call it a day. I love my cast iron I barely use any washing up liquid these days.
