I don't know, i've tried multiple types of monster and they all taste either bad or terrible - The standard monster just tastes like 75% good energy drink mixed with 25% of some other kind of soft drink that doesn't quite work. the java monsters that i've tried tastes flat.
Then the no sugar "regular" (blue) monster is probably the worst thing i've ever tasted in terms of drinks, it tastes as if somebody sprayed axe into a can of energy drink.
The white one tastes like horribly cheap store brand diet orange soda with the diet chemical taste turned up to 11.

The doctor and a fruit punch one are the only ones that tastes alright.
