Can you blend black beans into something palatable. Obvious it need tons of spices, stock whatever.
Just looking for something different.

Black beans taste good in chilli, if by blend you mean adding to a dish. I don't think I've eaten straight up black beans as a dish itself.

I was more thinking of making it into some kind a puree. As a side dish, like guacamole or humus.

Of course you can do it, and you don't need our permission lol. Sounds yummy.

1. Blend beans to mush
2. Fry diced onion on some pan
3. Mix onion and beans together and fry them little more
(You can also add little portion of beef stock or other flavourful liquid)
4. Add ground cumin (best if freshly toasted), black pepper, salt and maybe cayenne if you like spicy food
5.Enjoy as a spread/dip
