Drank too much one night a few weeks and came close to dying, basically nearly destroyed my liver and I can never have another drink again or i’ll die.

Lol that's not how it works, liver damage and scarring from alcohol abuse builds up over time you can't kill your liver from one time alcohol poisoning unless you consumed some other substance that kills your liver instantly like some poisonous mushrooms. Alcoholics drink levels of alcohol every day for years or decades and their liver is still working.

I'm not a doctor. But if you work a physical job or work out a lot 'traces' of blood generally mean it's either a UTI or something. While blood 'in' the urine itself with elevated white blood cells can be a good indication of liver damage.

When the liver is damaged it goes into overdrive to heal itself, and since basically 100% of blood goes through the liver excess white blood cells will travel to the kidneys and into your urine to be expelled.
