I have actually eaten at Amy's bakery/cafe in AZ, and everything she says is 100% true. The food is actually extremely good, but it became a meme to hate on the place and all the asshole bloggers and reviewers started making shit up to fuck with the owners.

Then Ramsay heard about the place and decided to also make a big deal out of it for views, but in reality, the food is michelin quality and he's an actor who plays everything up because he gets a bonus out of it.
