This is the ideal breakfast. You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

For me it's ten scoops of protein powder and a dozen eggs while watching videos of men with large muscles.

Too heavy.
Breakfast should be simple, and light.

>> No.11949463

For me it's 4 scoops of protein powder mixed with coffee and high protein milk, 5 poached eggs, a steak, a slice of rye toast and some hollandaise sauce.

Wanna get big gotta eat big.

Made a thread for my steak & eggs, but people were too intimidated to leave replies, so I'll just drop my superior breakfast here. Shit-tier photo, god-tier taste.

I'm literally from Jew York and have done multiple road trips down the east coast. Not once was shrimp offered in any breakfast foods.

>> No.11950841

That looks like part of a complete breakfast, but not quite. You should have at least two eggs, for starters, plus some hash browns and a glass of orange juice. Maybe a bit more.

>>11949452

Breakfast should be the largest meal of the day, and loaded with fat and protein. If you eat a small breakfast, you're going to be hungry right when you show up to the office for work.

Food serves to give you energy to work. It makes sense to have the most energy right when you need it.

Eggs benedict must be the most disappointing food I've ever made. I kept hearing over and over for years how good they are so I made them a couple weeks ago and they pretty much taste like eggs with mayo. I didn't mess up either, the sauce didn't break, the egg was runny, used good bacon and biscuit but it tasted exactly like it sounds, eggs and bacon with some acidity. They are good but completely unremarkable.
