Eat low number of net carbs per day, 20-40g or less. Net carbs = carbs - fiber, because fiber passes through your system with no calories.

To not feel like shit, get plenty of water, and electrolytes i.e. LiteSalt, and magnesium.

Do this and your appetite lowers and weight flies off without exercise. But it's just a "fad" that comes and goes because most people are NPCs who lack basic self-control and common sense.

Unfortunately, it's the latest hipster health trend but it serves an actual purpose.
My close friend was placed on this because he was born diabetic and epileptic. The obesity factor wasn't helping further the cause. Fucker lost weight faster than a bulimic, seizures became less frequent and it allowed him to come off metformin (idk how or why, don't ask)
But ketosis sucks to get into (feel sick), stay in (expensive and bland) and leave (feel sick again).

Would not recommend unless you genuinely need it for medical reasons.

The biggest benefits of keto for me is that after the initial 2-3 days of adjustment to the diet, there's a lot more mental incentive to never cheat on your diet (since you feel bloated and shitty when you re-introduce carbs) also, after the first time I did it for a month, while I still have a tooth for grains, I just can't stomach sweets anymore, the idea of eating more than a tiny little slice if cake or candy is nauseating to me now.
