Got a bulb and half currently. Right now my favourite thing is to chop up a clove and add it to mashed potatoes.

I used to do a thing where I'd eat eat a raw clove every morning.

Garlic is great. I love the peace I get from chopping it up.

What's a good roasted garlic recipe? In the OP pic it looks as though you cut the ends of the bulb off. I never thought to do that.

Garlic bros how do you save your roasted garlic? Can you put in the fridge or does that ruin it? Like if I just wanted to spread some on toast I don't think I would heat up the entire oven just for a few cloves.

It's called fermented honey garlic. It lasts for about 8 - 9 months at room temp. Botulism is rare in honey, is has a ph that ranges depending how old is it, or what it's paired with. Checking ph is easy with just a test strip, if it's not where it should be a splash of cider vinegar will stop it.
But once the honey garlic becomes less think and gooey the ph is at a constant level that botulism or pretty much any bacteria can grow in.

Blend it with butter and use it as a spread. I don't think roasted garlic stores well.

if you mash it and submerge it in oil it can last in a sealed container for a good while

Uhhh don't follow this. This is literally where botulism festers.
