What’s up ck? i’ve been feeling extremely sick and unhealthy lately, low energy and just unhealthy. My diet is shit, i eat either fast food, or nothing at all most days. my roommates cook but that is only meat and rice. I haven’t eaten a single fruit or vegetable in weeks.

Anyone have ideas for one meal that is filled with as many nutrients as possible? Some foods i know to get:

>almonds
>avocado
>black beans
>broccoli/cauliflower

Powdered vitamins and minerals are legitimate.

More specifically of an example is that vitamin C is evidenced as non-effective even at 5x RDA percentages (.01% – 300 mg/gal.), but similarly productive for QoL and blood health at .4% (15 g/gal., though with no inbetween metrics for min-maxing; yet, these amounts are reasonable because even small animals are producing 10+ g/day.). Oatmeal in whole milk with fresh fruit

Buy some fruit that's easy to eat as a snack like apples or bananas too.
