I did say some. My point was just that because it became a fad doesn't make it a valid diet plan for some people.
I eat keto, and it helps a lot with my joints that the military fucked up. I just don't go on about it in public. That, sadly, is my mother's department. The most I'll do is say "I'm sorry, I can't eat that on my diet.", and if I'm asked, I'll explain that it's Keto and I do it for my joints. All these fucking retards going on about Keto while slurping their sugar laced Starschmuck's and gobbling a sandwich make me want to publicly tell them that they're fucking idiots ruining it for the rest of us.
