yeah they're just s hooks you hook one to the top oven rack and one end to the meat and just let it hang. You put a tray below em so they dont make a mess and put a little water in the tray so the fat dosen't smoke.Then cook it at 300 for about an hour. Taking it out now and then to reapply the marinade. Because it doesn't really contact hot metal besides the hook it comes out really tender. I started doing it because of char siu but since I've found its practical and not as messy or tough as using something like a roasting/broiling pan.
