I love milkshakes. I just don't like getting fat.
How to make super tasty milkshakes, creamy, fruity whatever, with less cals. Hit me with your best recipe.

They're only good because of the mouthfeel from fat and you can't fake that.
Sure blend kefir with berries and vanilla and artificial sweetener and maybe a little gelling powder and you'll have something thick and sweet but don't kid yourself it's not going to resemble a milkshake.

milkshake, then exercise

the closest you get is low fat milk, frozen bananas and ice cubes.
if you use less milk you can make an ice cream substitute, and more milk makes a more liquid drink.

take milk
shake it

first you must ask yourself this question.
are the all the boys in the yard?
if they are then theres already a milkshake in the area, seek it out.
if no boys in yard, then there is no milkshake.
all the boys MUST be in the yard
do not stop making milkshakes till ALL the boys are in the yard.

Just blend a bunch of fruit with milk. Bananas add a good texture. If you want something that actually tastes like a milkshake then you’re gonna want to add ice cream or some shit, but that’s not gonna do wonders for your health.

The fattening aspect is the sugar. A milkshake is literally half milk and half sugar. The only way to make it less bad is to reduce the sugar content, which is basically to drink plain milk.

Use protein powder and make some meal replacement milkshakes. You can get unflavored powder and just flavor it how you like

ive created a milkshake like drink with unsweetened chocolate almond milk, stevia, vanilla extract, and ice. malted milk powder adds a few more carbs. its nowhere near as creamy, but nice flavor.

I make full-calorie milkshakes, then cut cals elsewhere in my diet. Just an idea to consider.

Blend milk and frozen berries
Not as good as the real thing made with ice cream but still pretty good

Could also buy date sugar to add in if you want. Date sugar isn't sugar it's just dried & ground up dates which are incredibly healthy for you.

And you know, the fat in all dairy. Shit is just bad for you on all accounts

Confirmed for not knowing shit. That recipe you just guessed is the basis for most fast food milkshakes. Did you think they all use real milk and ice cream? It's an emulsified mix.

I've never tried chocolate almond milk but if it doesn't have vanilla flavoring in it try getting the almond breeze vanilla almond milk. Vanillin imparts a creamy texture because of the way it binds to our tastebuds

>date sugar
This is new to me. It seems much better than regular table sugar from a nutrition standpoint.

make smaller milkshakes, or make your meals smaller to compensate for the extra calories from a milkshake. trying to replace it with other things usually means it won't taste as good. although i guess maybe just using a sugar-free ice cream could cut some of the calories, but it's still going to be high in fat, and low-fat ice cream isn't good.

Yeah and most fast food milkshakes are fucking abominations, they key recipe for a milk shake is a pint of a plain single flavor ice cream, a little milk, and blend that shit. Faggots like you are what's ruining milkshakes, it's just drinkable ice cream. Go fuck yourself and your gay health ice cream you stupid faggot nigger.
