We want to make our own chocolate covered fruits. Strawberry, banana, berries..

If anyone wants to make cute little berry bundles take some washed and dried blueberries, stick them on a toothpick. usually 4 fit. Then drizzle with tempered chocolate, wait about 20-30 seconds for the chocolate to dry a little and flip the fruits over. Drizzle again, cover with a ltitle sugar. Then once it dries completely, you can just push the berries off the toothpick and they get held together by the chocolate. I called them blueberry logs when I worked at Godiva but idk what their real name is. I'm sure you can do this with any fruit.
