Whats your favorite canned soup (low calories) or just low calorie meals?

I was sick for a week and only ate tomato soup with occasional wings and lost six pounds

a lot of soups in general are low calorie since it’s just broth, vegetables and (sometimes) a protein. I like miso soup and minestrone but obviously you can’t live off of those since you’ll start to lack proper nutrition.
for low calorie meals, just combine healthy shit.
>shrimp, greens, pasta
>baked breaded chicken, pasta sauce, low fat cheese
>oatmeal, water, berries/almonds
>fish, homemade fries, homemade sauce

Soup is about the easiest thing to make and rarely takes more than 20 minutes (most of which is just letting it sit there and cook). Skip the overdose of salt and BPA and make it yourself.

You can get a quick veggie soup going with 2 leeks, 3 carrots, 2 stalks celery, 3 potatoes, 4-6 cloves of garlic, 6-8oz of mushrooms, 6c chicken stock, salt, pepper, and herbs. Heat up some olive oil and then dump everything in as you dice it. Then add stock, seasoning, and simmer until carrots and potatoes are tender.

1. Mix water,salt, and lemon juice
2. Cut cucumber slices
3. Dip cucumbers in the mixture
4. Tastes like chips, crunch
