I drink lots of vodka. That cleans out my system, and even cleans my teeth (I haven’t brushed in years, and haven’t had a cavity since).

I also eat a liverwurst sandwich pretty much every day – to counterbalance the effects the vodka has on my liver. I make my sandwiches on seeded rye (because it’s the healthiest bread), with mayo (because eggs are the best protein; I use kewpie, because the msg makes it taste better), coarse mustard (good for the white blood cells), zucchini pickles (because they taste good), and a bunch of baby spinach (just for filler; it could honestly be left out).

I also eat a lot of canned fish (mostly sardines, but also the occasional fancy smoked oysters) on saltines. They give you all your essential amino acids, and provide a nice opportunity to try out various hot sauces, which are generally very low in calories, while high in flavor and immensely prodigious to healthiness.

Aside from that, I drink large amounts of water (anywhere between ice-cold to slightly chilled) every day, always through a straw, and sometimes with a lemon wedge.

To each their own, I say, but I’m just shy of 30 and am doing better than most of you.

Look into milk thistle. A milk thistle supplement a day would do you a lot of good. That stuff is magic for the liver and significantly increases the survival rate & health of alcoholics who fuck up their liver.

I think that it's just salt, it's pretty simple, then it's put on a grill. It always comes out awesome. I'm not Brasilian so I can't answer that with authority. They come out really quick if Brasilian friends order them and I suspect that it's not a popular order since it's not on the menu and not the rotation, only a Brasil or someone who knows one would know to order it.
I think that they salt them then skewer them then put them on a grill. It seems to take all of 5 minutes.

Because they taste good, dipshit. I like the taste of liver (leberwurst and pate in particular are my own little crack cocaine). I like the taste of kidneys from most animals that aren't a cow. Sweetbreads are fucking goat. It might be a local thing but also intestines, after a thorough cleaning, are great grilled until crispy. It's also packed with nutrients. My family tends to grill please ty of offal alongside an entire rib primal more or less, and I enjoy the kidneys/sweetbreads/shittubes more than the meat. Rice with giblets is best rice. Tongue is great in a vinaigrette, tender as anything but tastes extremely beefy and tangy. I've hacked at a whole roasted pig's head once to get at the brains once, but that didn't really taste like much spread on bread, maybe it's be better in ravioli like Italian nonnas make.

If you can bite into dead animal flesh without concern for your health then you can almost anything else on the animal except maybe cow brains (very tiny chance of termal prion disease) and uncleaned intestines. I get that tastes are subjective and it's reasonable to find something as strong tasting as offal hard to get used to if it's not your kind of thing from the start, but if you just don't like it because "I can't, that's icky" or "I don't want people to think I'm poor", then you're being a faggot desu senpai.

I'm not squeamish about eating insects or anything, I've had them while travelling around Asia but they don't taste nice unless they are covered in shit loads of sugar or spice, and you need to eat a lot of them to quell hunger. If an insect based diet was so great, we would have been eating it already before now. Mammal meat will always be better.
